By managing and executing a comprehensive portfolio of HR initiatives, the HR Business Process & Projects team drives operational excellence and strategic improvement across the HR organization through the following key functions:
- Utilizing process improvement methodologies to analyze, design, and re-engineer workflows, maximizing operational efficiency.
- Leading a portfolio of high-impact HR initiatives—including UCPath and Berkeley Lab systems enhancements, Lab-wide compliance changes, strategic programs, and process improvements—that strengthen the employee experience, enable effective decision-making, and deliver lasting value across the Laboratory.
This group is essential to the Human Resources infrastructure, providing seamless support to various stakeholders across the Laboratory.
