Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) provides technical advice, consultation, and guidance to the Berkley Lab management regarding rules, regulations, and applicable laws pertaining to the resolution of labor relations and employee relations issues.
ELR also advises and counsels employees in complying with Laboratory policies and procedures for processing employment claims pursuant to the Regulations and Procedures Manual (RPM).
ELR provides assistance in the resolution of grievances, unfair labor practice charges, and in the conduct of labor negotiations and contract administration.
